Ok I know very few care about sushi, so suck it lol. I made some of the same and then I made some shrimp, crab, and salmon rolls in tempura. Also did some cucumbers and broccoli in the tempura. ImageImageImageImage

Real easy recipe. 1 part each, drain whole oysters well...reduce perportions if desired by slicing. Feeds 1-2 double ingredients as needed for more guests.

LOL

Wye River is probably one of the better 'canned' versions I've ever had. the problem with oyster stew, is if you can't get fresh oysters, no matter what it's gonna taste like it came from a can. If you're willing to settle, however, I've got a good recipe I'll have to find for you later.
