Anyone have any ideas? Pissed doesn't even describe how I feel right now.

usually works for me. Parker is probably available if you can't find a local option. What's going on bud?
This usually helps too, maybe not for you though.

Work. I came in on Saturday (which I am always off) off the clock too to catch up on some work I'm behind on (which isn't my fault) and my supervisor chewed my ass out and threatened to write me up for it. What do y'all think of that shit? Who else at this company would come in on their weekend off and work for free?

Not me, that's a bit past where I draw the line.

Exactly. No one at that place would do that. Not even the owner.

Not to sound brash, don't worry about it. You know what you've done to help the company, you know what your capable of and you know what you bring to the table vs the other employees. I know you personally to be a hard dedicated worker and I'm sure the bigger boss knows that as well. Also I know bigger and better things lie ahead for you, so in the end do t sweat it. Easier said than done I know.

Thanks Parker. However the 4 main bosses (owners) are talking shit saying I don't work. I am a supervisor. I have my own duties but as of late cant fulfill them because I was blindsided by getting 2 new hires last week. So along with trying to do my daily duties, I'm having to try to train these guys and they are dumber than dirt. One is on drugs. I've heard a lot of bad shit about him from numerous people. He threatened to kill himself at his last job when they threatened him with getting fired for smoking in a walk-in freezer. I will admit that since 2 guys quit last June, my work output has gone down. However, they fail to realize I'm still doing the work of 3 people. I'm not superman by any means. I take pride in my work and jobs. It just sucks having to deal with these negative ass people all the time. Nothing I do seems to please them anymore. As much as I hate to say it, I'm on the verge of just walking out. That's a coward thing to do, but it's getting really hard to keep dealing with. My health, has gone downhill fast since last may. I'm really going to do some heavy thinking about my employment there.

If its really doing that much to your health, and you can afford to do with out the income till you find another job, then I wouldn't say your taking the coward way out. You gotta look out for number one which is you.

Sounds a bit like my last job. Work sucks enough without adding in a toxic environment. Just stay true to yourself, while looking for another gig. I always have trouble with some kind of mis-placed loyalty, for which there really is no place. Having a work environment where you at least feel resepcted goes a long way.
