Gonna hire someone to clear out my 1/4 lot

So since I'm traveling home tomorrow, my goal (I have the rest of the week off) is to go find someone to get a tractor over to my place - plow out and even out the land (get rid of the weeds and small amount of crappy grass). Then we'll start on the front with some sort of landscaping with rocks and stuff around the trees, then get some pallets of grass and lay it down.

That's the plan for the front the anyway - hopefully I can at least get the land cleared and even by the end of the week.

Well they are clearing the land out around my house already, so I went and talked to the mgr doing it. He'll come over later and take a look and give me a quote.
