On Monday 2-18 i started this 60 day work out called Insanity.



I plan to post up my results at the end of the 60 days. I started this because I am in the best shape of my life. I've never felt this good, now its time to step it up a notch. Lets see how insane Kris really is.

Good luck. If I remember right this is the more cardio intense program when compared to P90X.

Yea...after watching kris go through what he's going to, I decided to chicken out and stick with my gym routine until i drop about 30 more pounds and after moab

I'm just working towards a slim build, i not anorexic or anything exotic like that, just trying to obtain a nice 8-10% body fat and thin tummy. In turn, I will be able to slide underneath blue without the use of a floor jack. That's my goal

Blue has about 6" of ground clearance. 130 pounds would be well on your way to anorexia at your height.

well my current goal is this: Reach 160 and evaluate what I need to do next. If I am slim then, i will work on stregth training. If I am still flabby, im decreasing my weight another 10 pounds to 150 and repeat. Currently I am 178
