You must be talking about the eccentric's that go in the TTB beam for the upper ball joint to adjust caster and camber, and they must be the 3/4" units.

jeffy let me ask you something. i tore my front end out minus the beams, steering and knuckles on tuesday. wednesday i replaced the 3rd member, and put everything back together. when i went to drive it, my steering was toed in 1.5" on the drivers side and 1" on the passenger side and my drivers side tire was leaning outward pretty bad. so i take it in to get it aligned thursday so i can take it to port a. i told mike, the suspension and alignment guy at ford that i was going to replace the knuckles, spindles, rotors, brakes and calipers, and hubs with f-150 stuff. he told me to do all of that and bring it back to him saturday. do you think those axle bushings will affect my tire leaning outward? i marked all the steering, and camber busings to make sure they went back the way they were when i took them off.

Justin, either way you will need a complete alignment after the F-150 swap. The F-150 knuckle is not the exact same shape. I know for a fact if you didnt mess with any part of the alignment but the knuckle you would end up toed outed on both sides the steering arm on the 150 knuckle is mounted higher and would cause the toe to be forced outwards away from the truck. When are you getting those parts put on?

kris what parts are you talking about? if you are talking about the f-150 stuff it is already on. mike is going to switch the calipers around for me too along with replace the bushings and the alignment. ronnie helped me out friday and he put the calipers on the wrong side. but other than that it is complete.

i finally got my truck back last wednesday and i figured out why i had a 1/4" more of a gap between the rotor and steering knuckle. got that fixed now i am waiting to get it aligned. i took it wheeling to try out all the new stuff, put it in 4wd and break the hubs and front half shaft. fixed them both on the spot and i still have a popping in the front end with the hubs locked in 2wd and 4wd. so i am thinking it is something with the locker.
