I would say put it on the Green truck, especially if you ever plan on lower gears, like in an atlas II 4.3. The discs would help you stop the torque more in that application. I think it's a good idea to throw the locker into the green truck, especially since the Navajo will be retired.

who's doing the cut & turn? I had heard that Foley was no longer doing business. Other than that, sounds like a winner!

I am Trying to get Foley to do it. Did you ever talk to him about doing it for you? He seems to not be replying to e-mails. I asked Gloria about doing it but she just about had a cow. How she would want me to sign some thing about her not being liable and how it would be really expensive.

I talked to him a while ago on on of the ranger forums (I believe it was rrorc, but it might have been therangerstation) and he sounded like he wanted to do them then, but something may have changed. Try sending him a private message on that board.
Also, I read somewhere on the pirate board that the zimmerman mod (cut & turn) was an interesting project but basically did not work. You might do a search for zimmerman or cut & turn on the pirate board for more info.

I will look into it a bit more. the only reason I wanted to do this was to add strength to the dana 35 and not useing such long drop brakets.

No one makes off the shelf ones for the Dana 35. Off Road Unlimited tried to find me a set when I added the locker to the front but were unable to locate any. You may want to check with moser and see if they will custom make them. Warn probably won't.

I would contact Dutchman as well, I think that they make custom shafts for anything. Hell, they made me some 8.8 shafts with a 5.5.5 bolt pattern, so I'd say it's worth a shot.
