I purchased a DA orbital sander from Harbor freight for 29.99 and two spot weld drill bits.

The spot weld drill bits work great. Russell suggested I try them. So I tested one out 140 times while drilling out the inner fenders and radiator core support on the 98 parts car. It came out all in one piece.

I just got an 18 pc full polish Craftsman (USA) wrench set for $64.

The spot weld drill bit. I am very pleased with the performance. Prior to using the bit on the spot weld, I have found using an 1/8 drill bit to make a dimple in the center of the spot weld to make it not walk around while drilling out the weld.
