Probably the one closer to Justin would be good, anyone been there?

As far as a time frame, how about like feb? That way we should start to heat back up, and time for people to recover from the expensive holiday season we'll have hit for the last few months.

We have people come out to the ranch all the time with some hardcore rigs. They all have fun. There's stuff for everyone there. Oh and I have access to a trailer

Ok - we need to first scout out a logical camping site - Klare, do you know of any on site? An hour or so in would be nice.

Are there any decent places nearby to park tow rigs?

Camping gear - What do we have, what do we need?

Meals- Going to at least need to figure out Saturday night and Sunday mornings' meals.

Well food, easy (kind of - since we have a difficult group) - but we start by figuring out what we want to be able to eat (grilling).

We can make list out of that and assign people to bring those items.

We can making out make shift grill on the floor so that'll be easy.

We will need some large cast iron pots and a skillet (anyone have any? If not, I may invest in a couple cause they're nice to have and handy for camping).

I have some cast iron pans, but that's about it. I've been meaning to increase my cast iron collection as well though.
