Ill be putting my vacation in around January and I figured I make reservations at the Koa.. Like before

I most likely won't know until the end of December, beginning of January. Takes a while for them to go via e-mail to everyone to request time off 1 at a time. And don't forget, I also depend on Mcclung being able to get off and take the Trac via trailer.

I plan on being at Moab on this trip. ( I will not be announcing it on the EF site, I have my reasons). I have already notified my work I will not be aviliable during this time in May. (It's a good thing I got called for the jury pool this week or I would still be MIA instead of being able to get on the site)

Well its been four months since I last did an appraisal on what I still needed to do to get to Moab. Fortunately, within that time I have done some of the things I needed to do to get Red ready. I still need to install the tow points, throw the Powertrax in, get shock extenders, new shocks, and get a full size spare. Once accomplished all that's left is to put in a lot of hours at work to fund the trip. Getting off shouldn't be an issue as I am still part time (Technically, I get full time hours, but no guarantee).

Also a bonus is coming to me in February. Basically about 10% of what I made in notional margin for Best Buy in the last three months. I did pretty well so crossing my fingers.

Why would you need shock extenders and new shocks, as opposed to just getting longer shocks?

Also, looks like I will be taking shade after all. Kris and I talked, and we will put new shocks on shade for sure, get the front diff new seals installed, and a couple others, so that way Shade can go on the bunny trails and not get damaged or work too hard.
