Nice gear. I've been in REI. They're very proud of their stuff, wonder how their stuff holds up for the cost vs others.

That's a valid concern. I was also thinking that one could be made using a truck side box. That would be lighter, more durable and water resistant.

But then if you're hitching that up, it'll become a hassel while trail riding.

I wouldn't necessarily trail ride with it, just get it to the campground, and then prop it up on some collapsible legs.

I like that one, so did a little searching on amazon and found these:

Doesn't have grilling utensils, but does have plates, bowls, cups, silverware and is prime for a low price.
Think I'll actually do a little more delving into and get some nice camping cookware/silverware etc.

I did say "we" lol. The cookware, I'll get on my own. I'm probably going to order that set of bowls/cups etc and then get a nice cast iron pot and skillet, and grilling set.
