I definitely need the kitchenaid pasta attachment as I did this all by hand.

So, apparently everyone has a kitchen aid mixer except Klare, so you can go ahead and change your sig.

Sweet, I've always wanted to try this. My Grandma has been making noodles for years. Hers are for soup so they are dried and are way thinner than pasta. How did Maria feel about hanging pasta from the light? Becky damn near killed me when I tried spetzal.

Well I had to put the pasta in a bag and was going to make it the next day, turned out fresh made pasta like that doesn't care to be in the fridge over night, oops. So I'll try another batch on a night I'll have time to make it. Although I may wait till I can find a decent deal on the pasta attachements for my mixer, so that it looks like decent pasta. Most likely my kids would look at it and say no thanks the way I made it look lol.
