Tread Lightly! distributes free educational posters across the nation

From Feb. to May, Tread Lightly! and its partners proudly reopened the Educational Poster Program for the second year in a row. The program offered public land managers, members and clubs the opportunity to customize and receive free educational posters for recreation sites, trails and information kiosks.

The purpose of the posters is to help foster good stewardship throughout the recreation community by communicating responsible behaviors and providing tips to minimize environmental and social impacts - all while ensuring consistency across boundaries, nationwide, using issue-specific messaging based in research.

Over the last few years, Tread Lightly! has been able to design, print and distribute nearly 3,100 posters to nearly all 50 states.

If you missed the free poster deadline for this year, can still obtain posters by ordering them in our store.
