Yea I was out to lunch with Mcclung at Trudy's in Austin, and he ordered me one, pretty damn good, not dark and goes down nice. So I stopped at Specs on the way home and picked up some.

Brewhouse Brown Ale
Local to me. Never seem it before. Found it on the shelf at HEB as one of the buy a bottle by itself. So tried as its brewery apparently is right down the road. Quite tasty, sort has a candy taste to it.

Real Ale has a pretty good line up. I got a sampler pack from them not to long ago.

I keep looking at their sampler pack, but am left wishing that their Coffee Porter was included.

In addition to their Coffee Porter, I'd like to try their Devil's Backbone, and Brewer's cut series, particularly the Quadruple Ale.

Stragely, I don't see any tour information in this thread.

That's because I didn't suggest a tour. I just said we'd go to the source. We can just pick whatever up and roll outta that small town lol.

Sadly, their tours are only on Fridays.
I tried a Phoenixxx last night. Pretty good. I keep waiting to find singles available of their brewer's cut series. I may just have to break down and buy sixers.

Trying a Real Ale Morgul right now. Pretty tasty. Bourbon barrel aged porter. You can definitely taste the bourbon aging.
