98 acres with about 2000 yards of Colorado River frontage. The only trails are those that they have cut themselves, most of them are Zuki size trails, very, very tight.

Major carnage can and prolly will happen.

Right now the trails run from 3-4
They also camp out there, so that would be an option as well.

Mark also told me that they try and go every couple of weeks to at least once a month. We exchanged phone numbers and said he would give us a call when they planned the next trip.

Looks like we may have a place pretty close to home (about 15 miles from our house) to go play.
