A first Gen Chevy L.U.V. - Light Utility Vehicle. Looks like a 76-80 based on the tail lights in the fenders and the front disc brakes. Not sure if the Mikado trim package, confused about the presence of the 3 spoke steering wheel, yet the absence of the Mikado badge on the rear fender. Lol, I would ask her but I've already asked her about her truck like 4 times, and it might start getting creepy - if it hasn't already, I mean.

That's one helluva nice Isuzu! Ones that clean are getting scarce & pricey, i've got a bead on a 2wd not as nice & he's a reluctant seller, but I'll wear him down.
