I've always wanted a bronco so maybe that's what I'll do. Or the old f350. I'll be the guy to get a full size to bring some more diversity in this closed minded group lol.

Indeed, diversity is needed.

Anyone have any suggestions for vehicles that I might have missed, or even just some cool rigs you'd like to see out on the trail?

Do you think I would look cute in a Pink Wrangler?

Same basic setup as the Toyota pickups that I mentioned, so definitely viable. What do you like about them?

I don't really know. I'm not a fan of the newer ones. The older ones look like they're meant to be hitting the trails. And they have that back window that rolls down lol

The older 4runners are pretty nice, potentially cheap to pick up and definitely not bad to offroad.
Ken doll, really?

I'd aim for the '85. Double check that it has the solid axle and the fuel injection like the pickup, and you're good to go.

Is this some affirmative action quote deal we need to do?

Hey, I can off road my Ram. The humiliation at the Central Texas meet aside, I think it can be very capable off the road. I have plans for a lift and 33's, plus a locker for the rear. Damn thing certainly doesn't lack for power and I am not afraid of getting a few more beauty marks on it.
Maybe down the road I will actually get a true 4wd one, which run solid axles all the way up to 2001 in the 1500 (D44) and up to 2002 in the 2500/3500 (D60).
The explorer fills my small off road rig fantasy, but the Dodge Ram is my full size one.

The shorter the wheel the base the better in my opinion.

Why not just convert your Dodge ram four-wheel-drive? we have a resident expert on site.
