Well I went to Harbor freight and gave the coupon via phone to Kris and Russell, Kris was told when he checked out that they don't accept it via phone by the guy would take it this tone time, then Russell was up and he wouldn't accept the coupon - FAIL. Luckily I was in a different line and the lady took mine.
