Also, I've decided to attempt to drill out the rectangular hole on the H1 wheels to accept a fat valve stem. I measured the long end of the rectangular hole at .5051 with digital calipers, so I'm going to attempt to drill it out with a 1/2 drill bit. I'll probably try to set up some sort of jig on a drill press.

Well, apparently no one on Houston carries rotors for a 79 F350 4x4, so I ended up having to order them online anyway.

I drilled out the hubs for the new stud, went much easier than I thought it would. Hopefully drilling out the hummer wheels for the valve stem goes just as smoothly. I've currently got the bearing races for the lower king pins in the freezer. Hopefully they will contract enough that they will actually fit into the knuckle. I couldn't get them to go last night with a hammer and race driver.

Got the driver's side knuckle and steering arm installed, then went to grease it up, and the upper kingpin seal is leaking. Now I get to take it all back apart. Yay!

Driver's side knuckle reinstalled after breaking it all down to replace the upper kingpin seal. Also installed the 9/16-18 studs in the hub and rotor. Now I apparently need a bearing puller to get the old inner spindle bearing out of there so I can get it all together.
