And here we go. I took my left overs from a shrimp boil which involved corn on the cob (which I cut off the cob), sausage (sliced up), shrimp (took the peels off), ad some small red potatoes (which I cut in 4's).
Then I cooked some white rice, and added some chopped up cilantro and a tomato and artichoke seasoning. Once the rice was cooked, added two cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Next we have 2 8oz bags of cheddar cheese
Then topped it off with a crushed bag of crackers
Pre-heat the over to 350, cook for 20 mins. Nice casserole.
