I've cooked two nights in a row in fact. I made a turkey meatloaf last night with mashed red taters and gravy.

Turkey meatloaf is good. Way less fatty, and the right spices you can't tell the difference. Nice job.

It was a hit last night Tara's girlfriend said it was the best meatloaf she ever had.

Tonight's experimental dish, Salmon on the half shell seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. The fillet was covered a white wine mushroom cream sauce. We added a little bit if onion and a ting of lime for the acid part. Then topped it off with mushroom rice cooked in chicken stock. We also had peas.

NY Strip marinaded in a new dry rub from a friend, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and some spicy boiled shrimp.

Sausage cut up
Shrimp boiled in some spicy seafood boil mix
Corn
Broccoli
Sundried Tomatoe Sauce
Crushed red pepper
Mozzarella cheese

And here we go. I took my left overs from a shrimp boil which involved corn on the cob (which I cut off the cob), sausage (sliced up), shrimp (took the peels off), ad some small red potatoes (which I cut in 4's).



Then I cooked some white rice, and added some chopped up cilantro and a tomato and artichoke seasoning. Once the rice was cooked, added two cans of cream of mushroom soup.


Next we have 2 8oz bags of cheddar cheese


Then topped it off with a crushed bag of crackers


Pre-heat the over to 350, cook for 20 mins. Nice casserole.
