Anyone had any thoughts of trails that they wanted to run?

I'd like to do the Poison Spider/Golden Spike/Moab Rim day loop. The book says that's a 14 hour day, but most I have seen say it's more like 8.

I'd also like to hit Steelbender and Porcupine Rim (the two trails I was unable to complete in 2001).
