1996 Explorer Eddie Bauer Restoration

I'm sure you guys have been wondering where I have been. Well the answer is here. I have been working on this 96 Explorer Eddie Bauer owned by Tim Jones, Dan's father. He asked me to put it in up to snuff condition, to pass safety & emissions and get it back to a state that it can be driven with out worry.

Needed a lot of work.
Driver side CV shaft
Compete suspension rebuild
alinement
complete brake job
engine oil change
trans oils change
EGR System repair
O2 Sensor
Radiator
Thermostat
Seat leather repaired
headliner recover
New tires
State Inspection
Correct leaky Sunroof
Reroute spark plug wires to correct the misfire
Replaced the Radio
MAC induction cleaning
remove and adjust passenger fender

Another request was to add Memory Seats to this Explorer so Russell did that part.

Looks good now. How did u treat (clean) the leather?

Juggling more fur balls than a constipated cat.

Definitely looks good, just going to need comparison photos next time :p Keep your eyes peeled for two new A pillar (inside) moldings for the trac since both sides have their clips broken if you would sir

The driver seat cover was remade with new leather it was beyond hope. The rest was cleaned and conditioned

I have been looking for your trim. I thought I found them but they had holes drilled in them

I use j&h upholstery for leather work. He is damn good at leather rework. He's too pricy on headliners thou
