Talked to David. Mine's on the lift now. Says it's his priority, about to roll the new axles under it. Says that looking at the old setup, there's a couple things he would change. I said, well now you have your chance on Parker's. haha. Says ill definitely get it back prior to the beginning of May.
The lift next to mine is still not open, so he's foregoing the plan to knock both out at once, and will be doing them in separate bays. Trac hasn't started yet, since he's still tearing the old stuff off of mine.

Rear axle has been moved back a couple inches to accommodate the larger differential. The Dana 60 center section was making contact with the gas tank in the stock location. The stainless steel 'wings' that terminate the rear quarter panels have been cut off to make room for the new tire location. The new rear bumper will wrap around somewhat, like my front bumper, to fill in this area.

I supplied a number of brackets and rod ends so that both a 4 or 3 link setup was possible, depending on what would be easier to fit under the truck. We'll be going with a triangulated four link. The lower links will mount to the outside of the frame rails since clearance with the exhaust is an issue.

Also having the rear seal on the transfer case replaced.

Is the rear axle set up complete, or does more need to be done to finalize it? Looks like they've gotten everything taken off of the front so maybe they'll make the deadline for you to take it to Moab. If they get it to you a coupe days before, what needs to be done for it to be trail ready for you?

The rear axle is done. Regeared to 5.13, Detroit installed, all mounted up as you can see in the pic. Brake lines attached, new 1/2 ton calipers added.

As far as when I get it back, just minor stuff. I need to swap out the cb radio and mount the antenna somewhere. I'd like to swap out the headlight assemblies and add the new flooring, and some SEATS. But none of that is really necessary. I should probably change the oil in it, since it's been sitting for 6+ months.

Yea I wouldn't bother with the flooring till you get SEATS so you're not ripping them out twice.

Ideally, yes. But they are pretty easy to get in and out.

Fuel pump is in. Now working on replacing the master cylinder with a one ton.
