So what is the route going to be for everyone? Randall, is your route different than kris and russell's?

Anyways, I still have a little bit more maintenance work to do on Red. (oil change, diff oil change, air filter. etc) and then she will be good to go! I also got a killer deal on a new JVC GPS head unit. $700 radio for $110. Couldnt pass that up. Anyways still planning on going unless the world ends or Red decides to go into a hissy fit.

Our route is Austin to Roswell to Albuquerque to Moab. This bypasses the Lubbock route that Randall will be taking. Just FYI Russell's truck may or may not make it. It threw a hissy fit. Trans came out most of the way last night. We should know more by weds evening if Russell will be taking his truck or riding along with me.

So what trail(s) do we want to do on Friday, May 10, as a group?

Looks like I got my dates mixed up for Moab, I thought the Demons were gonna wheel on Thursday, I will be there Wendsday afternoon. If I can get there early enough I just plan on running to Harrah Pass and maybe cut off the hardball near Kane Creek (not the actual trail), both so easy a tricycle pulling a toy wagon could do them and well traveled. There are suppose to be some folks from the EF there already so I could just hook up with them Thursday.

Where are y'all planning on staying in Albuquerque, and when do you plan to arrive? I may decide to take off on the 8th and just start that morning, which would put me in line with arrival in ABQ for the evening layover.

1 week to go! I am so excited! I am even getting off early on the 7th so I can get up to Austin a little early for the caravan.

Knock on wood and fingers crossed in hope that nothing will prevent me from going.

We will roll out of Austin about 6:30-7am weds morning, the plan is to head to Roswell and stop there to look at a few things then continue to Albuquerque. Where we will stay the night in a cheat hotel. Next morning we get up and finish the last 6 hours to Moab being there about 1 or 2 on Thursday.
