That, and the minor detail of the solid axle swap part. Start looking around for JK axles, you'll need both front and rear. You'll need new wheels for the new bolt pattern (5 on 4.5), so don't go buying any before then. What travel are your current coilovers? You'll probably need new ones, along with shock hoops, unless you go a more traditional coil shock route, which is a little cheaper.

Does that truck have an actual build thread somewhere, or just this for sale thread?

What a lame tard.

If you look in the picture above, the part that the top of the coilover connects to, looks like an upside down U. That was welded on. Coilovers are indeed better than coils, and easier to install (if you're welding things on anyway). But they are quite a bit more expensive. I think I got my front pair for something like $900.

I see those Super Duty axles for sale at pick & pulls (particularly the by Kirs) for about $500.

One of the best ball joint axles out there from the factory. The 99-04 will be set up for leafs, 95+ for coils. If you're going coilovers, that is not important to you. There is a thread I posted on this board that links to a Pirate thread that talks about this axle. One of the main drawbacks is that it uses a metric bolt pattern (8 lug on 170mm) rather than the standard (8 lug on 6.5"). It also uses unit bearings, which are as good if not better than standard bearings, but are 10x plus more expensive to replace.
