Here's a crazy question for you: How hard would it be to separate the Explorer harness into two harnesses, an engine (perhaps drivetrain) related one, and then everything else? Curious mostly because if one were to swap in a motor with, say, a Painless wiring harness or the like, I imagine you'd still need to do a bunch of work rewiring all the other little shit in the vehicle. I may of course be way off base.
