Do you happen to know the size/thread pitch/etc. of the body mount bolts? I could acquire some Grade 8 or 9 versions to stick in while we're in there.

Found this for a second gen, not sure if same.

So, are you thinking of straddling two pipes/beams/supports/whatever across the 4 pipe stands, to a width wide enough to accommodate both bodies? Or are you thinking of just cutting up the black one on the frame it currently sits, and have only the white body up on the stands, and just move the drivetrain out from under it?

Also, I just remembered that the door speakers in the black body are pretty decent: Clarion Pro Audio 5x7 plate/components. I'll have to transfer those over.

The plan that day is to get the body on the frame of the 91 and swap over the wiring harnesses I am going to work on the 93 body the weekend of the 15-16th and get it prepped to be lifted off the frame in my driveway

Shouldn't the header panel from the donor vehicle be avail? As far as lights you should still do the 95 conversion to throw another different look in the mix for the new set up.

Parker the donor vehicle is a 93 so a 93 won't have a 95 header panel. I already figured up the stuff that was needed to complete. I took all the laying around parts I have.

I was looking on Rock Auto for the header panel (FO1220202/F5TZ8190A). They have an 'Economy Line' for $30.79, a 'Regular Inventory' for $38.99, and a 'CAPA Certified' for $117.79. Any idea what the differences would be? I also noticed that the 1997-2001 has different part numbers (FO1220217/F87Z8190CA). What would be the difference between the 95-96 vs. 97-2001?

Capa is a certified part insurance companies use. In my opinion they're all the same is go with the cheaper part. They're all coming off the same mold, Capa goes through additional certification steps.
