Not last night's dinner, but a few back. Made southwest omelets with burnt bacon in & on the side. Just 2 of us so no point in only cooking 1/4 1/2 or whatever pack of ba con the rest'll go bad. New temporary stove is the solid glass infared technology crap and ihate it, could probably get use to & adjust to it, but thankfully I'm not gonna.

Not sure if that's good or bad.....they were better then they look, not my most visually appeal lyrics tho I'll agree, not greasy really, a little from the cheese but not bad.

Oh my bad, nah that was on my gas grill. My smoker is over at Mcclungs. We bought it last weekend to use at his place this coming weekend and he'll bring it home for me after that. Then I'll be able to post up my trials of using the smoker lol.

Nope. I'll be seasoning it tomorrow. Lol. And for your pleasure I made more sushi tonight. This time instead of raw salmon I used some cold smoked salmon so the wife would eat it too among all the others I made. Q
