Only other thing I'd like to have at this point is a 7 cubic foot chest freezer with a temperature controller, for use as a fermentation chamber. But it's not necessarily needed right now.

I doubt I'll be brewing five+ gallons of anything that I have no intention of drinking.

Small update: I went and got a 13 cubic foot chest freezer (energy star compliant) and a digital controller to be able to adjust the temp to one of my choosing. , we had talked briefly about a setup for getting this operating on solar power to reduce energy consumption in my garage. Do you have any more details one that? I'll get the amperage draw and whatnot off of the unit when I get home.
