it was awesome sushi special consideration for buffet not required, they've got a sushi bar & keep it coming fresh, they could more then hold their own with an actual sushi restaurant. Curious how they'd stack up against ur kitchen tho,

Ur probably right, but I've been to plenty of places where I'm sure yours would be better. I have found typically the quality is reflective of variety....lots of variety usually means pretty good sushi, just a few choices don't get ur hopes up....

what about this tho, chinese, Asian, sushi, other, buffet, whatever.....absolutely awesome food everything is fantastic orgy in your mouth delicious right? But they're using the cheapest dam cream cheese known to man & it just ruins everything....like its not even sysco....it's cheaper then sysco bulk cream cheese....sysco, great value, heb brand, all the SAME cream cheese, & whatever some of these places use is still cheaper & nastier then that.....HOW? & why ruin your whole eating experience to save 50 cents on some cream cheese that you put in half ur items?

Chicken tortilla soup.

Alright so I took a little of everything and ran with it. Have some chicken brother, corn, onions, jalapeños, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, corn, diced fire roasted tomatoes, a smidge of tomato sauce. All that for the broth. Cut up some corn tortilla and fried them. Added in some chopped cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream to top it off with. I cheated on the chicken and bought a roasted chicken at the store ( my kids are too young to enjoy the tortilla soup so we split it between the soup and them). Turned out really tasty. And avocado.
