Anyone know anything about Mustangs?

Let's say I was looking for a 99-04 Mustang. Is there any year to stay away from ('99?) or what's the deal? I'm looking to get a commuter car.. something that get's better than 16mpg... I want more like 18mpg.

I gave up on trying to find a non-molested Fox for a decent deal. Plus, I want to see what all this 4.6L talk is all about.

So I'll look for some '00+. In Nov I need to start commuting about 60 miles round trip a day. So I'd like to have something by then. Supposedly I am going to Mexico at the end of Sept for a few weeks.. so that should be enough ca$h to get something halfway decent.

Well I'm doing the commute thing (skoo) for 5 months only. So after that it will be awn.

The Buick Mark VIIIIII just doesn't do it for me. Maybe if I saw one that was black/red/white/ on some Welds or something. Nah.. what am I saying.

Nah. I think I am set of a 4.6L now.

But I was going to tell you.. it sounds like I am coming out that way end of September and probably coming back from Mexico about.. the end of October.

So maybe we can meet down in San Antonio and throw people in the River Walk.

And you'll have to let me know before I come if you could still use those 33" MT/Rs.

You could see the webcam if you went directly from the link in the first post. If you went from Jeff's website, then it didn't work. Let's see, what did Jeff work on this past weekend?

A cheby pickup. Neighbor's brother, but got $$$ for it.

Then Vegas had some issues on the way up here so Jeff and Randall did there best Demonology on him to figure out what's up. After a new fan clutch and a couple of other trips to town, I think all may be well after a new radiator. I just hope Randall got home ok.

Also, the Flareside had some A/C orifice tube blockage. So Jeff replaced that.

Let's see....this week.....carrier bearings and pinion seal on Reaper. Hoping by Thursday to have him back. ABS module on the Ghost. (Both are out of commission right now...good thing I took this week off. )

Ah yes, please look at the Club Run section for a little get-together on Oct. 28th, a party celebrating Halloween (and undercover b-day party for the Demon Technician...sshhhhh, I have been sworn to secrecy and severe punishment will result if that info is leaked. )
